Accommodation provider
Accommodation is offered by Sociedad Comercial Ulrich Krause Gronwald y Compañía Limitada, Chilean tax ID 78.111.540-1, trading as Hotel Las Vicuñas at Baquedano 80, Putre. See the provider identification and contact details.
How an enquiry works
The website lets you choose dates, guest count and preferences to prepare a message. It does not check live inventory, hold a room or charge for completing the form. Preparing or sending a message does not confirm a booking. The hotel must check availability and provide an offer for you to review before accepting and paying.
Information before booking
Before requesting payment, the offer must identify the provider and specify: room and capacity, dates, nights, guests, included services, check-in and check-out times, total price in Chilean pesos including applicable taxes and charges, deposit and balance, payment methods and deadlines, offer validity and amendment, cancellation and no-show conditions. Any additional currency must state the conversion and the amount actually payable.
A preferential rate depends on the offer communicated; it does not imply a fixed discount or guaranteed availability. No additional charge should be added without prior information and acceptance. Ask for clarification before booking.
Acceptance and confirmation
The booking is concluded under the offer you accept and the agreed payment arrangements. The hotel will send written confirmation through the agreed channel, including services, dates, total, payments and applicable conditions. Keep the confirmation and receipt. If you have paid but received no confirmation, contact the hotel to verify it. Accepted terms will not be changed unilaterally to your detriment.
Mercado Pago payments
Mercado Pago is available for payments arranged directly with the hotel. Request a link through the official channel and verify the merchant and amount before paying. The phone shown on this page is a demonstration, not a live checkout or receipt. Do not enter card details in the enquiry form or send passwords or verification codes by message. Available methods, instalments and financing charges are those disclosed by the platform before authorisation; interest-free instalments are not guaranteed. A payment receipt does not replace accommodation confirmation.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Request changes or cancellation by WhatsApp or email, providing dates and a booking reference. Specific conditions must be provided before acceptance and payment and must comply with the law. This page does not impose penalties, automatic forfeiture of a deposit or a general no-refund rule. Advance payment alone does not remove your rights. Where a refund is due, the hotel will explain its basis, amount and processing; no agreement may remove non-waivable rights.
Statutory withdrawal rights
For distance contracts for services, Chilean Law 19.496 provides withdrawal within ten days of contracting and before performance, subject to its requirements. This website does not exclude that right. Where withdrawal applies and the legally required written confirmation was not supplied, the period may extend to ninety days. You may notify your decision through the same channels used to book or at [email protected]. Refunds will follow applicable law. This right differs from contractual cancellation outside its scope or period.
Tours and transport with VVT
Villa Volcán Tours is a separate provider for the services it offers. Asking about tours does not automatically include them in the room rate. Before booking, the actual provider, itinerary, dates, inclusions, exclusions, price and conditions must be identified. Any package must specify who is responsible for each service and its scope. Coordination does not limit each provider’s statutory responsibilities.
Assistance and complaints
Contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +56 9 5381 1481. You may also contact SERNAC and the competent authorities or courts. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer rights is imposed. Applicable Chilean law governs without excluding other mandatory protections that may apply.
